• Departure date has arrived
• 21 of us from Valley Ranch Bapist Church (VRBC) assemble at the United airline ticket counter to prepare for our pilgrimage
• A delay in flight schedule spawned several conversations filled with excitement and anticipation (I was really part of any I just like to ease drop occaissionally).
• You can sense it already, these folks that we are setting out for this trip will share in this bonding experience that we will all look back on and cherish for years to come.
• While waiting to depart, I deicided to get comfortable at one of those Information Kisosk that are throughout DFW.  Funny thing, several people came up to me asking questions thinking I was an airport employee.  So when in DFW to as the DFWians would do, I obliged them providing what I believed to pretty accurate information and direction... much to amusement of traveling buddies.
• We left an hour late, arrived in Newark and all met for a lite dinner in the food court.  
• By 10:30pm we were on our next long leg (10hrs I believe it was) to Tel Aviv... sure could have used one of those business class seats/beds:)  
• All went well and before you knew it we were landing in Israel...
